去年已入主摇滚名人堂的加拿大民谣诗人莱纳德·科恩（Leonard Cohen）将通过Columbia厂牌推出他自2004年以来的首张专辑《Live In London》。

这张即将发行的《Live In London》记录的是Leonard Cohen去年的世界巡演中7月17日在伦敦02 Arena的那场演出。据了解，《Live In London》将分别通过CD和DVD形式发行，共收录了包括《If It Be Your Will》、《I'm Your Man》和《Hallelujah》在内的共26首歌曲。《Live In London》是Leonard Cohen自2004年的《Dear Heather》之后推出的第一张正式专辑，是他近八年来推出的第一张现场专辑。

　　目前，这张尚未发行的现场专辑中的那首《Suzanne》已经可以在亚马逊网站上听到，同时，这张唱片目前已经开始接受定购。在此之前，Leonard Cohen曾经推出过三张现场专辑，分别是1972年的《Live Longs》、1994年的《Cohen Live》以及2001年面世的《Field Commander Cohen: Tour of 1979》。  

　　Leonard Cohen去年的这次世界巡演是他近10多年来的第一次巡回演出，共举办了80多场演出，大约有70万歌迷去现场观看了演出。另据此前报道，Leonard Cohen将于2月19日在纽约的Beacon Theatre演出，目前，演出门票已经售完。这是Leonard Cohen最近15年来在美国的第一场现场演出。

　　由于英国选秀大赛“X Factor”的冠军阿莱桑德拉·泊尔克（Alexandra Burke）最近翻唱了Cohen那首著名的《Hallelujah》，Leonard Cohen受到了广大流行乐迷的再次关注。Alexandra Burke翻唱的《Hallelujah》在英国流行音乐单曲榜中获得了冠军，上市两周内共售出了88万8千张。另外，已世的天才唱作人杰夫·巴克利（Jeff Buckley）翻唱的《Hallelujah》此前也在英国榜中获得了亚军。到今年9月，Leonard Cohen将年满75岁。
